Application of PE Method in Target Electromagnetic Scattering Analysis

In order to accurately and efficiently calculate the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of a target, a two-dimensional parabolic equation method is introduced. The parabolic equation is approximated by the electromagnetic field wave equation, and the original partial differential equation is solved iteratively in the axial direction of the parabolic equation using a finite difference format, thus reducing the original two-dimensional problem to a series of one-dimensional plane problems. The standard parabolic equation greatly reduces the difficulty of modeling scattering targets, saves the memory consumed by the program, and produces accurate results.
