Forming Work Scenarios for Monitoring a Dynamic Computer Network

The paper is about problems of timely detection and rapid response to anomalies in the operation of a computer network. In cases where proactive monitoring of the computer network cannot be applied and there are no scenarios for reactive monitoring of the computer network, it is necessary to form working scenarios that allow to act on the occurred anomaly. Such scenarios can be applied to both static and dynamic computer network in automatic mode, if the anomaly in the network repeats.
