Design of Shock Measurement System While Drilling

摘要
During drilling, downhole shock can cause drilling tool fatigue or bit damage. To study the influence of shock on downhole tools, a downhole shock measurement system was designed to quantify the risk of downhole shock. Firstly, the system's requirements were analyzed, and technical indicators were determined. Secondly, the measurement system was built with TMS320F28335 as the central controller, and the software and hardware design were completed. Finally, the practicality and stability of the system were verified. The results indicate that the impact measurement system while drilling can effectively monitor downhole impacts and determine high-risk situations based on impact strength, meeting design requirements.
