Abstract
This paper addresses the need for a standardized Chinese human body model library in visual simulation evaluation tools for ergonomics analysis. The study investigates various evaluation methods such as Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), NIOSH 1981, NIOSH 1991, Snook & Ciriello 1991, among others. Using open-source component packages such as QT, OGRE, and OPENCV, an ergonomics-oriented visual simulation evaluation system is designed. The system enables visualization of scene construction, human activity design, simulation, and human-mechanical ergonomics evaluation. Leveraging the Chinese human body standard model, a human-machine activity simulation case similar to DELMIA is developed. The effectiveness and feasibility of the system design are validated by comparing the analysis results of human-machine ergonomics evaluation.
