Methods for enhancing the radiation of photonic crystal

The radiation characteristics of a photonic crystal excited by bunches of line beams are studied. The maximum radiation intensity and power are discussed. The resonance effect of the photonic crystal is closely related to its structural parameters, and it is used to improve the coherence and intensity of the radiation. The effect of the electron beam positions on radiation is also given. Controlling the incident position of the electron beam can change the radiation conversion efficiency. This efficiency can be maximized through the combination of different paths. It provides a method to increase the radiated power in the terahertz region.
