Research on electronically controlled beam scanning planar reflector array antenna based on liquid crystal material

摘要
An electronically controlled beam-scanning reflector array antenna based on liquid crystal materials in terahertz frequency band is proposed. Firstly, a double dipole liquid crystal reflection unit is designed in the terahertz frequency band. The phase shift at 107.5GHz exceeds 360°. Then, a terahertz liquid crystal planar reflection array antenna based on the unit is designed. The simulation shows that the antenna can achieve continuous beam deflection of -30°~30° in one dimension direction, the antenna gain is greater than 14dBi in the whole scanning range, the sidelobe level is lower than -6dB, and has good beam pointing accuracy.
