Optimal Allocation of Photovoltaic-Storage-Hydrogen Capacity in Coal Chemical Industry Park

The production process of coal chemical industry needs a lot of hydrogen, and the traditional preparation scheme will cause a lot of carbon emission. At the same time, the output of large-scale renewable energy has strong volatility, and the consumption has economic and security problems. To solve the above problems, this paper considers the deep coupling between coal chemical industry and renewable energy hydrogen production and proposes a capacity optimization allocation scheme. Firstly, an energy management strategy is proposed, which is based on time-of-use electricity price, renewable energy generation, and electric load, and aims to obtain the power distribution scheme with the highest daily return of the system. Then, based on the above strategies, the optimal model of the maximum annual revenue of the system is set, and the optimal capacity and power allocation of different equipment in the system are obtained by considering the investment and operation costs of photovoltaic, hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, and electricity storage. The simulation model is built based on the MATLAB-yalmip platform, and Gurobi is invoked to solve the optimization model. The simulation results verify the economy and feasibility of the capacity optimization configuration scheme proposed in this paper.
