Abstract
A matrix explicit reliability evaluation algorithm is proposed, and a cost accounting method for reliability optimization is proposed based on it. According to the frequency-type reliability index, an optimization model is constructed to guide the planning stage of distribution network component renewal or double-circuit line erection, which reduces the failure rate of components and load points in operation stage. According to the time-type index, an optimization model is constructed to expand the boot component and increase the standby power supply, so as to meet the capacity demand of load transfer during the running stage and reduce the outage time at the load point. The proposed matrix explicit reliability evaluation algorithm is used to calculate the time-type and frequency-type reliability indexes of load points before and after distribution network optimization, and the cost generated by reliability optimization is divided according to the variation of the two indexes, and the reliability electricity price of each load point is established. Reliability evaluation and optimization in IEEE 33-node distribution network are carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
