Risk assessment technology on power grid-communication networks considering spatiotemporal correlation

摘要
With the access of distributed new energy and the application of intelligent power equipment, more and more attention has been paid to failures related to power communication links. Security risks can be eliminated in time to ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the power grid-communication networks. However, the power grid-communication networks have a strong space-time correlation in risk. When a certain line is powered off for risk, the traditional method will increase the load of other lines. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a spatiotemporal multi-scale convolutional network technology to assess the spatiotemporal correlation risk of power grid-communication networks, which improves the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance.
