Study on the influence of interior design temperature on energy consumption and carbon emission of large space buildings in cold regions

Reducing building energy consumption is the fundamental way to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. In order to explore the energy saving and emission reduction potential of typical large space buildings in cold regions due to the change of interior design temperature, and to explore the energy saving and emission reduction of building air conditioning heating and the proportion of energy saving and emission reduction, this study selected a large space gymnasium of a university in Gansu Province as the benchmark building, and established 81 building energy consumption calculation models in Designbuilder. The cold and heat load, air conditioning load, carbon emission and uncomfortable hours of the building under different interior design temperatures were simulated and calculated. Based on the data of energy consumption and carbon emission of air conditioning and heating in buildings, the changes and change rules of energy consumption, carbon emission, energy saving, emission reduction, energy saving and emission reduction ratio and comfort hours under different temperature setting values are analyzed. It provides the basis and data support for the multiobjective optimization of energy consumption, carbon emission and comfort time of large space buildings based on interior design temperature in cold regions in the future.
