Plasmonic Terahertz Camera for Real-Time Terahertz Imaging

摘要
We present a terahertz camera based on a plasmonic focal-plane array that can generate ultrafast temporal and hyperspectral terahertz images with an imaging speed exceeding 16 fps. We demonstrate super-resolving both shape and depth information of imaged objects with a lateral/depth resolution as small as 60/10.m and an effective number of pixels exceeding 1-kilo-pixels.
