A Novel Coordination Bidding Mechanism of Virtual Power Plant Based on Stackelberg Game

摘要
With the development of renewable energy generations and the construction of electricity market, the power system requires more flexibility than any period before. Through efficient aggregation and low-delay communication, the virtual power plant (VPP) can manage many sorts of distributed resources on multi-time scale and provide power and auxiliary service to the power grid to gain benefits. Based on the game theory, this paper proposes a VPP strategy with coordination Bidding in order to improve the revenue of virtual power plant in the electricity market. Compared with the centralized direct dispatch, the coordination bidding of load and gas turbine can increase the benefits of both VPP and resources. In order to solve the problem that the bi-layer model is difficult to obtain the optimal solution, this paper proposes a bi-layer model optimization algorithm based on Stackelberg game, and introduces Monte Carlo randomization to ensure the accuracy of the results. Finally, a numerical case is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategy and solving method.
