Study on Energy Power Supply and Demand Early Warning System

In order to comprehensively improve the ability of power supply security and better serve the work of power supply assurance, in view of the current imperfect comprehensive early warning system of energy and power, supply and demand early warning is focused on the energy production chain and supply chain. Starting from the coal production chain and supply chain, the paper designs the second-level warning indicators of "thermal coal inventory warning", "thermal coal price warning", "coal supply and demand warning" and "new energy supply and demand warning", and combines the four second-level warning indicators to form a comprehensive warning system of "weekly, monthly and quarterly" respectively. Make supply and demand forecast in time to provide reference for power supply and demand balance of energy industry chain and supply chain, annual energy and power operation plan and enterprise safety production management; Finally, taking Henan Province as an example, the provincial energy supply and demand early warning is carried out. The results show that it can accurately assess the coal and other energy shortage risks and give early warning, so as to better operation and management of energy and power.
