摘要

Optical neural-network circuit to process two-symbol QPSK labels for photonic label routing is proposed. Aiming to equip with integratable devices, weight value between neurons is controlled in the learning process. Numerical simulation results show that the contrast ratio has 12 dB for all of 16 combinations by two-symbol QPSK labels.
