Abstract
It is an important topic on how to effectively monitor the internal insulation status of high-voltage switchgear to avoid faults, with the widespread use of high-voltage switchgear in power systems.Based on this, a detection technique combining Transient Earth Voltage(TEV) and ultrasonic detection technology is proposed. Firstly, the principles are introduced.Then, the specific methods of detecting data analysis and fault location are given. Finally, the effectiveness of this technology is illustrated through a case study.
