Treatment of recurrent myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) after hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) remains challenging. We present a 4-year-old girl experiencing early MDS relapse post-HCT treated with a multimodal strategy encompassing a second HCT and innovative targeted therapies.
