钛系锂离子筛粉体与PVDF树脂纺丝成型及性能研究

Abstract
为了实现钛系锂离子筛(H2TiO3-LIS)粉体的颗粒化成型并规模化应用于盐湖提锂,采用纺丝成型的方式对H2TiO3-LIS粉体进行成型.确定了最佳配方及工艺条件:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)用量占PVDF和H2TiO3-LIS粉体总质量的20%;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-K60)质量为PVDF质量的80%;凝固浴温度为80℃;空气段长度为20 cm;切丝长度为3 mm.成型后的颗粒吸附剂用于格尔木盐湖卤水的提锂测试,结果表明,H2TiO3-LIS颗粒吸附剂对锂离子的质量吸附容量为9.3 mg/g,体积吸附容量为3.6 g/L,且运行稳定性良好,30次循环后吸附容量为初始吸附容量的92.5%.
