Abstract
李东垣创立了"内伤脾胃学说".他认为脾胃与元气有着密切的联系,脾胃为元气之本,升降之枢.内伤病形成的根本原因在于脾胃虚弱,元气不足,因此李氏擅长使用甘温补气药,配伍小剂量风药,既可补益元气之虚,又可恢复脾胃功能.结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)作为中国常见癌种之一,亦属于内伤病范畴,因此从内伤学说的角度探讨CRC的治疗具有重大意义.
