Abstract
为了深入开展姬松茸子实体发育、重金属富集等遗传机制的研究,为姬松茸基因组的遗传精细图谱、分子育种等研究奠定基础,采用第二代高通量测序技术对姬松茸新品种"中菌姬松茸 1 号"开展全基因组Survey分析.结果表明,姬松茸新品种"中菌姬松茸 1 号"的基因组大小约为 46.59 Mb,测序深度为 69×,杂合率为1.37%,(G+C)含量为46.87%,重复序列比例为 24.46%;基因组初步组装后,得到 20 342条重叠序列(Scaffold),Scaffold N50为 4.29 Kb.
