摘要
Public procurement is a complex and evolving process that is constantly striving to become more efficient, fair and transparent. One of the ways to achieve this goal is through the use of technology. In recent years, the relationship between public procurement and technology has grown closer with the implementation of public eProcurement systems. Although the digitization of the process has progressed, there is still a gap in the literature that categorizes and attempts to explore how this relationship can become even closer. Therefore, this paper aims to summarize the main points of the approaches and propose a research agenda for further studies. To explore this relationship further, a systematic academic literature review on public administration and digital government was conducted. The review resulted in five main approaches: i) public eProcurement, ii) technology, iii) government, iv) end users, and v) public procurement for innovation. Each approach provides valuable insights into the relationship between public procurement and technology and suggests areas for future research.
