Antibacterial Lanostane Triterpenoids from the Fruiting Bodies of Ganoderma tsugae

摘要
phytochemical investigation on the ethanol extract from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma tsugae resulted in the isolation of two undescribed lanostane triterpenoids, lanosta-8,24 E -dien-3,7,11-trioxo-26,27-dihydroxy ( 1 ) and 22,23,24,25,26,27-hexanorlanosta-7,9(11)-dien-3 β -acetyloxy-15-hydroxy-20-oxo ( 2 ). Their structures were determined by spectral methods such as 1D and 2D ( 1 H– 1 H COSY, HMQC, NOESY, and HMBC) NMR spectroscopy, in addition to high-resolution mass spectrometry. The in vitro pharmacological studies revealed 2 possessed antibacterial activity against 5 anaerobic bacteria with MIC values less than 30 μg/mL .
