Abstract
带状疱疹是由潜伏在人体内的水痘-带状疱疹病毒再激活而引起的一种常见皮肤病.常出现肢体单侧的簇集性小水疱、呈带状排列且伴有明显神经痛.临床以抗病毒、消炎、止痛、营养神经等为治疗原则.文章基于"诸痛痒疮,皆属于心"理论对带状疱疹的中医病因病机及与现代医学发病机制共通点进行探讨,望给予带状疱疹临床诊疗新的启发.
