Abstract
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)为全球临床最常见的消化道肿瘤之一[1] ,是世界范围内第三大常见癌症和第二大癌症相关死亡原因[2] . 近年来,我国结直肠癌发病率及死亡率均呈上升趋势[3] ,严重危害国民身体健康. CRC 的预后根据癌症阶段而变化,Ⅰ期患者的5 年生存率约为90 ％,而IV期患者的5 年生存率仅为 10％ [4].
