以发作性运动障碍为首发症状的视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病1例报告并文献复习

Abstract
视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(neuromyelitis optic spectrum disease,NMOSD)是一种中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病,主要影响视神经和脊髓,其特征是水通道蛋白-4自身抗体的存在(aquaporin-4,AQP4).NMOSD可出现多种形式的运动障碍表现,包括继发性发作性运动障碍(secondary paroxysmal dyskinesia,sPxD)表现,但sPxD通常出现在疾病恢复期.以发作性运动障碍为首发症状的病例罕见报道.本文分享1例以发作性运动障碍起病的NMOSD病例,该症状持续近1个月才出现肢体无力等其他症状.正确认识发作性运动障碍和NMOSD的关系有助于疾病早期诊断和治疗.
