Abstract

干细胞源性细胞外囊泡(SC-EVs)是由干细胞分泌的脂质囊泡,在组织再生医学中具有广泛的应用前景.目前已发现SC-EVs能够促进牙槽骨成骨再生,但成骨机制尚不明确.RANKL/RANK/OPG信号通路是调节骨代谢的重要通路,因此该文就RANKL/RANK/OPG信号通路在促进牙槽骨成骨的作用作一综述,为研究SC-EVs的成骨机制提供参考.
