Abstract
脑卒中俗称脑中风,是一种急性脑血管疾病,在老年人群中的发病率相对较高,尤其是在患有高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病的老年人群中,发病率日益增加.由于老年人身体新陈代谢减慢,其身体机能和免疫力相对降低,所以在脑卒中发生后非常容易引起吞咽障碍,患者会出现易呛咳、局部疼痛的现象,进而会增加肺部感染发生率,增加患者死亡风险.
