内皮功能检测在冠状动脉粥样硬化中的临床应用进展

Abstract
随着科研和临床工作的不断发展,新型的内皮功能检测技术应运而生.无创血管内皮功能检测因其创伤小且操作简单、适用人群广等优点成为研究热点,逐渐在临床应用.内皮功能障碍是冠状动脉粥样硬化(coronary atherosclero-sis,CAs)的重要机制及初始阶段,临床医生可以通过便捷的内皮功能检测发现内皮功能障碍患者,进而对CAs高风险人群早发现、早诊断、早治疗并进行预后评估.本文通过分析和总结血管内皮功能检测方法相关的国内外文献,对内皮功能检测技术研究及其在CAs中的应用进行综述.
