Abstract
本文报告了1 名健康的外周造血干细胞移植供者,在移植前给予重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(re-combinant human granulocyte stimulating factor, rhG-CSF)动员干细胞,用药2 天后出现咯血及进行性加重的呼吸困难,胸部CT提示双肺弥漫性渗出性改变,明确为弥漫性肺泡出血(diffuse alveolar hemor-rhage,DAH),经甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击及无创机械通气等治疗后,临床症状缓解,复查胸部CT双肺病灶吸收.
