Abstract
区域性动脉自旋标记(territorial arterial spin labeling,t-ASL)是一项新型磁共振灌注技术,通过选择性标记单支责任供血动脉,无须注射外源性对比剂就能有效评估颅内血管疾病中的责任供血动脉区域血流灌注情况.本文综述了t-ASL的技术原理及其在脑血管病、颅内肿瘤、非动脉硬化性脑病中的应用、局限性和未来发展方向,为进一步实现对颅内血管及非血管疾病患者的早期诊断、个体化治疗及预后方面提供了重要支持,为临床实践及科研提供了新思路、新方向.
