Abstract
采用正常Wistar大鼠共70 只,分为7 组,每组10 只,除空白组外,分别口服给以高、低剂量复方黄黛片、雄黄及雄黄水溶物,连续给药8 周后,取其心脏.采用ICP-AOS光谱法测定复方黄黛片、雄黄及水溶性砷给药后大鼠心脏中总砷含量,推测复方黄黛片引起心脏毒性的物质基础.结果显示同剂量复方黄黛片给药组与雄黄给药组及雄黄水溶物给药组中总砷的含量没有显著性差异,说明复方黄黛片引起心脏毒性的主要物质为水溶性砷.
