Abstract
六经辨证是张仲景《伤寒论》首创的辨证理论体系,是根据外感病发生发展、证候特点和传变规律而创立的辨证方法.六经辨证临床应用广泛,张仲景将外感疾病演变过程中的各种证候群进行综合分析,根据邪之所在的部位、寒热表现的趋势以及邪正交争的盛衰,区分为太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴六经病.疾病的发展传变可以按照太阳-阳明-少阳-太阴-少阴-厥阴的顺序循经"传",也有越经"变"证.文章介绍临床并不常见的变证论治一例.
