双心室辅助装置治疗巨细胞心肌炎1例

Abstract
巨细胞心肌炎(GCM)是一种快速进展且预后不良的急性心肌炎,生存期一般不到3个月.本病例报道1例突发GCM迅速进展为终末期心力衰竭的中年女性患者,成功植入左心室辅助装置.然而在术中由于右心室心力衰竭,因此在术中置入体外膜肺氧合作为临时右心室辅助,并在术中取心肌活检明确诊断.术后心功能恢复良好,随访状态良好.本病例的诊治过程可为GCM的救治提供参考.
