油气井口厚壁法兰管材激光切割单元研究

Abstract
为分析激光切割技术在火灾时对油气井口管材快速切割的可行性,开展法兰管材的激光切割单元试验.基于自主搭建的激光切割加工平台开展无吹气条件下激光功率、移动速度和焦距对切割深度影响的单元试验;用正交单元试验研究激光功率、移动速度和焦距对切割深度影响的主次顺序.结果表明:特定的激光功率对应相匹配的移动速度,确保切割深度达到最大;激光焦点位于试样表面时利于增加切割深度;在激光功率、移动速度和焦距3个参数中,激光移动速度对切割深度的影响最大,其次是激光功率和焦距.
