雷根平教授辨治产后身痛经验总结

Abstract
雷根平教授分析产后身痛的主要病机为产后气血亏虚,外邪侵袭,经络阻滞不通则痛,或是经脉失养,不荣则痛.雷教授认为此病属本虚标实,故治疗当以益气养血为主,兼祛风通络,活血止痛为要.此法于临床屡得佳效,值得推广及学习.笔者有幸跟师侍诊,整理总结雷教授辨治产后身痛经验及组方及药规律,并附医案1 则,以飨同道.
