目前早发性结直肠癌(＜50岁)的发病率和致死率呈上升趋势,患者多存在诊断即晚期、治疗效果不佳、预后差等特点.本综述回顾国内外关于早发性结直肠癌的发病机制、危险因素、临床特征、最新筛查手段方面的研究,探讨早期筛查在早发性结直肠癌防治中的重要性,以期为早发性结直肠癌的防治工作提供依据.
