Abstract
随着基因Ⅰ型非洲猪瘟(GenotypeⅠ ASFV)在我国开始流行,使我国对ASF的诊断、预防和控制更具挑战性.本研究使用中国动物疾病预防控制中心(CADC)推荐使用的B646L引物与探针,结合针对GenotypeⅠ AS-FV EP402R基因保守特异性区域设计引物与探针,建立了一种在诊断ASF的同时可对ASFV进行GenotypeⅠASFV鉴别的快速检测方法,并对其灵敏性、特异性进行检测.结果显示,该方法具有良好的灵敏性以及特异性,可有效用于ASFV的临床诊断以及GenotypeⅠ ASFV的监测.
