Abstract
基于"结构-过程-结果"三维质量理论,探讨资源配置对医养结合型养老机构服务质量的影响.研究发现:资源配置对医养结合型养老机构提升服务质量具有显著影响,影响效应由大到小依次为人力资源、物力资源、服务项目;在服务模式上,"养内设医"模式是养老机构提质增效的较优选择;养老机构规模并非越大越好,应结合发展需要与环境约束相机决策.
