芦可替尼联合羟基脲治疗原发性血小板增多症引起多发性皮肤结核一例

Abstract
本文报道一例脾脏切除后原发性血小板增多症患者,服用羟基脲及芦可替尼后诱发结核,抗结核治疗后好转,后出现腰腹部、手臂、大腿处多发性结核性皮肤溃疡,经局部处理(脓肿切开引流+清创+VSD负压吸引术/缝合术/局部换药)后痊愈.目前继续服用羟基脲及芦可替尼,未发生不良反应.
