摘要

•High tensile strength glass fiber with different ratios of Na2O and SiO2 after chemical strengthening was prepared.•Na2O replacing SiO2 promoted the depolymerization of glass network.•The characteristic temperatures of glass and fiber tensile strength have a linear relationship with DNP.•Glass fiber with 0.17 N/S ratio after chemical strengthening has optimal tensile strength.
