Abstract
•A strategy to utilize the phase-modulated built-in electric field is proposed.•An electron migration tunnel and two electron-rich active centers were formed.•The photocatalysis-persulfate cooperative degradation system was constructed.•Excellent detoxification and chain breaking capabilities was achieved.
