Operation and maintenance (O&M) service plays an important role in ensuring continuous production and improving products utilization, especially for complex products (CPs) working in various conditions and harsh environments. However, the O&M service of CPs are facing many challenges due to the maintenance resources and the stakeholders included in the whole O&M service stage are dispersed and independent. One important challenge is how to accurately extract and efficiently organize and reuse the O&M service knowledge to improve the accuracy of maintenance activities. To address this challenge, a knowledge graph (KG) based synergistic O&M service method for CPs is proposed. The knowledge extraction and ontology modeling technologies were used to establish the multi-player synergistic O&M service KG. As a result, the efficient query of service providers, the visualization of O&M knowledge and the synergy of different maintenance activities can be achieved.
