Abstract
针对高精度惯性导航装置的需求,设计了一种高精度加速度计数字采集电路.电路采用单恒流源技术降低了电路功耗,采用温度补偿技术提高电路性能,采用FPGA数字集成技术提升电路可靠性.通过对电路的稳定性、线性度、对称性、温度特性等指标的测试,电路稳定性不大于6×10-6,线性度和对称性均不大于15×10-6,温度系数小于0.5×10-6/℃,该电路性能良好,可满足高精度惯性导航装置工程应用需求.
