某低品位磷矿工艺矿物学研究

Abstract
以清平磷矿为研究对象,利用矿物参数自动定量分析系统(AMICS)、扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、偏光显微镜和激光剥蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(LA-ICP-MS)等测试手段,对该矿的化学元素组成、矿物组成及含量、粒度特征、单体解离情况及连生关系等进行了研究,结果表明:矿石中主要有用矿物为胶磷矿,为非晶质结构或显微隐晶质结构;主要脉石矿物为白云石,次要脉石矿物为石英、黄铁矿,同时含有少量硫磷铝锶石和磷铝钙石;该矿石需要通过选矿的方法脱除白云石以富集磷灰石;胶磷矿与微细粒脉石矿物共生、P2O5 品位低(12.05%)是影响磷灰石分选富集的主要不利因素.研究结果对该矿石的分选工艺流程制定具有一定的指导意义.
