当今方土物候,起居服食殊异,肺结节发病率出现逐年增高的趋势.胡国俊教授认为,肺结节属"肺积"范畴,其病机关键在于正气不足,痰瘀搏结,肺络不通而日久成积;病理因素在于"虚""痰""瘀";治疗应宗"裨虚扶正,化痰行瘀"之则,临证强调培元固本、整体论治,收效显著.
