Abstract
风湿免疫性疾病是机体免疫系统对自身抗原成分发生异常免疫反应,导致自身组织器官损伤或功能异常的一类疾病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,但发病率和患病率在逐年升高.信号素(Sema)家族蛋白被称为轴突导向分子,在多个生物过程中发挥重要作用,其分泌成员Sema3A作为负向调节因子参与调控风湿免疫性疾病免疫反应.就Sema3A的结构、受体、功能及Sema3A在风湿免疫性疾病中的作用进行综述,为风湿免疫性疾病的新型靶向治疗药物提供依据.
