向日葵籽粒拮抗核盘菌的内生菌分离筛选及鉴定

Abstract
为向日葵菌核病生物防控提供依据,对引起向日葵菌核病的核盘菌[Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary]具有拮抗作用的生防菌进行筛选.以9种不同基因型向日葵自交系籽粒为材料,从中分离和鉴定了内生菌,筛选出对核盘菌具有抗性作用的生防菌株,通过对该生防菌株经细菌基因组DNA提取、PCR扩增,构建16SrDNA基因序列比对鉴定,以及平板对峙法拮抗活性检测,从向日葵材料217014籽粒中分离出内生菌,该内生菌为芽孢杆菌属枯草芽孢杆菌,命名为Y116.Y116能够有效抑制核盘菌菌丝的生长以及菌核的形成,对引起向日葵菌核病的核盘菌具有生物防控效果.
