Abstract
猪瘟是由猪瘟病毒(CSFV)引起的一种严重的猪的传染病,其有效控制主要依赖于猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗株的应用,但该毒株致弱的机制尚未完全阐明.对近年猪瘟病毒结构蛋白、非结构蛋白和非编码区对毒力影响的国内外研究成果进行了综述,以期为猪瘟病毒致弱相关机制的研究以及新型疫苗的研发提供参考.
