Local Management Scheduling Strategy for Uncertainty of Distribution Station Area Based on Low Voltage Flexible DC Interconnection

In view of the errors between day-ahead prediction and real-time output of photovoltaic power generation and load in low-voltage station area of distribution network, a real-time management strategy of distribution station area considering flexible DC interconnection is proposed. The station areas are connected by voltage source converter and DC line, which contain flexible resources such as energy storage systems and demand response. The two-stage energy management scheme is then proposed to optimize the system operation. In the day-ahead phase, according to the predicted data of the PV output and the load, the optimization was carried out with the goal of minimizing the operation and maintenance cost in the station area, and the planned interaction power with the superior network was solved. In the real-time phase, the goal is to minimize the deviation of interactive power between the station areas and the superior network of two phases. Simulation results verify the validity of this paper.
