摘要
To solve the problem of soft composites with both high puncture resistance and rapid self-healing. First, we used Pluronic F127 bisacrylate (PF127DA) as a micellar cross-linker, titanium dioxide (TiO2) as a nanoparticle cross-linker, and acrylic acid-2-methoxyethyl ester (MEA) and N,N'-dimethylacrylamide (DMAA) as monomers to prepare nanocomposite gels (PMD/TiO2 gel). On this basis, the soft composites were prepared by combining them with aramid fabrics. The results showed that the soft composites exhibited excellent fabric reinforcement and rapid self-healing properties, in which the force values for the spike and knife stabs are 242 N and 208 N, respectively, and the self-healing efficiency of the spike stab resistance is as high as 50 % and the self-healing efficiency of the knife stab is as high as 37 % after 80 min at 120 degrees C. In conclusion, this paper provides important guidance for the design of soft composites with high puncture resistance and fast self-healing capability.
