腰椎管狭窄症从解剖结构、临床症状、病理机制及年龄特点均与腰椎间盘突出症有不同之处.针刀治疗的思路是减压、扩容,治疗原则是重视整体、照顾个体、循序渐进、兼顾他症,治疗方案应做到整体与局部相结合、长期与短期相结合、针刀与他法相结合.
